i wasn't looking for deborah!

innovation and enterprise was sort of a blast despite not having moved around much because i was the gamemaster of the united nations booth. it was a quiz show, concept similarly to the weakest link. my participants were either disturbed by my sarcasm or purely entertained. haha some were bored. well, the j1s were really very enthusiastic, much more than the j2 counterparts. they were more sporting too, and more alive....j2s were just like that.

despite having poked much fun at me,(and i didn't enjoy that obviously!) i'm so grateful to sarah, yi ling and mark for the success we had today. they entertained themselves very much...all thanks to mark, who said i was looking for deborah and that was IT. one whole day of lame nonsensical fun (for them). we also got to know each other better! cheers to the group below us, harry terence li min and nonexistent deborah. the 3 of them probably had much fun together too!(like slacking when not supposed to ahaha)

oh there was this girl who was either squirming or trying to suppress a queer emotion throughout, and she had the guts to tell me "can u not be so sarcastic?"
obviously i do not have any sheet of suggested responses to that. smiling gets u out of the trouble.

another group went mad, and when asked to do forfeit(halfway through i decided that of groups got negative scores they would have to do forfeit), they were gonna do the whack-the-gamemaster-dance! one guy even came to grab me by my arms. seriously it was very fun lah! tried many times to hide my chuckles at some bimbotic answers.. like just one example here:

"Er...Five?"

i'm hoping mark can tell me what else was funny. if he can invoke from his subconscious memory while he was playing his racing car game, that is. just like 8 groups, but i'm already burnt out. i really enjoyed the experience, and was glad that our group had more life relatively! no offense to harry terence or limin, but at least many more people were cursing at me. its a good thing that most did not know my name.

oh there was this time when we had our shift but there was no traffic, so i went down(to look for my debbie -_-) and there was no one too, though they also had their shift. then harry disappeared. i slept on the table. terence went off. li min also sleeping on the table. heard a commotion and some people knocking at the door. both li min and i were too sound asleep to be able to answer them. haha. terence comes back. "herrick wake up ! u know what u just did?u chased them away!"

"but i was sleeping, and i'm not the only one.."
then he goes over to try to wake limin up. i was already laughing. he was calling her name, and waving his palm before her. obviously she can't see cos she's asleep. hahaha. she was in too deep a sleep and couldn't wake up no matter what and probably doesn't know she was partially responsible for chasing away that class too hehe!

thankfully the class came back. and terence didn't have to kill me. my group did a total of 8 groups i think, and terence did like 5 maybe.

haha limin and yi ling and sarah were so cute. happily eating up all the chocolate. li min especially. damn smart lah, they were reserving the nicer chocolates all the while, and finally when ms ng said its over they started to open them and munch them. u guys made my day!
(deborah destroyed it though grrr)

and i reiterate again. i was not looking for mark's wife!!!!!! reminds me of the 'choklad' joke. there was this dutch chocolate called choklad. then i said, cannot eat that, because it is choke on lard. and they were wondering why i kept laughing to myself.

one dumb thing i did today. went into the geog exhibit at the reading room where ms zhu was playing on her laptop the song sexy naughty bitchy, so i came in and sang, 'sexy naughty bitchy meeeeeeeeeeee'. like one group of girls couldn't stop laughing! entertained so many ppl today! i counted like 120 people already. haha. so happy. more friends!
